I have to admit that it 1 _________(definite) feels good to come back to San Francisco again.

My hotel is near downtown, in the Mission District. Many of the people 2 ______ (live) here are from Mexico or Central America. I walked around looking at the street art for a few 5 ______ (hour).

In the afternoon, I headed to a local museum 6 ___________showed the historical changes in California. I learnt that many people rushed to San Francisco 7 ________(seek) their fortune when gold was discovered near here. Many Chinese arrived and did various jobs to earn 8 __ living. The museum did a really good job of showing how America was built by immigrants from 9 _________(difference) countries and cultures.

This evening, I went to Chinatown. There were so many café's and restaurants to choose 10. ________I selected a Cantonese restaurant that served its food on beautiful china plates.

I can't wait to go to a jazz bar tomorrow evening!
